Entrevista con el ulema Sheyj Saleh Bin Mohamed Sahmy (1-2 y 2-2)
1. Quisiéramos conocer sobre su persona, para nuestros visitantes de este portal.
En nombre de Allah Clemente y Misericordioso, y que la paz y las bendiciones de Allah sean con nuestro Profeta Mohammed, su familia y sus compañeros.
Nací en 1934 en la ciudad de Duma en noreste de Damasco. Realicé mis estudios de primarias en esa misma ciudad. Luego me pasé a cursar clases de secundario y bachillerato en Instituto de Ciencias de la Sharía, perteneciente a la Asamblea de Aljaza.
Me licencié de aquel Instituto en 1954, que ese coincidió con la apertura de la Facultad de Sharía en Siria (actual Universidad de Damasco).
Me licencié de aquella Universidad en 1958, y era uno de los mejores egresados.
Fui profesor perteneciente a la Universidad de Educación y Enseñanza en la Gobernación Sueyda; hasta el año 1980, donde estuve hasta mi jubilación.
En ese mismo año viajé a Arabia Saudí, donde trabajé en el Instituto perteneciente a la Universidad Islámica de Mohamed Bin Saud, hasta el año 1998. Luego me instalé en Riad. Fui jatib (dar sermones los viernes) en su país.
2. Usted realizó una serie de trabajos con respecto a la Sunnah del Profeta (la paz y las bendiciones de Allah sean con él).
Realicé un recopilatorio entre los dos sahihs: Que une los Sahihs de Imam Bujari, Sahih Imam Muslim, que son los dos libros más correctos después del Sagrado Corán.
Los recopilé en un único libro, quité los isnáds, porque todo el mundo está de acuerdo sobre estos dos sahihs; también eliminé los hadices repetitivos. Es por ello que se acortó el tamaño de la publicación, sin acortar su contenido. La publicación está compuesta por dos libros de 10596 páginas, que luego se convirtieron en 3896. Con eso intenté facilitar la lectura al lector.
3. En el Islam existen varias corrientes y direcciones desviadas del credo y la metodología. Cuál es la metodología recomendada para tratar con este tipo de corrientes.
En el día de Arafah, en el día de despedida, cuando el Profeta Mohammad (la paz y las bendiciones sean con él) dijo en su famosa jutba sobre las palabras de Allah Todopoderoso: (Hoy os he perfeccionado vuestra religión, he completado Mi gracia en vosotros y Me satisface que sea el islam vuestra religión). (Surta La Mesa Servida- Alma-Idati. 5:3).
قوله تعالى: (اليوم أكملت لكم دينكم وأتممت عليكم نعمتي ورضيت لكم الإسلام دينا)
Y con estas palabras evidenció el camino que todos los musulmanes han de tomar.
El credo es el mejor parámetro para esta religión, y que es la que engloba el Sagrado Corán con la Sunnah. Y la mejor forma de corregir el sendero en esta religión es retroceder hacia estas fuentes. A lo largo de siglos nuestros eruditos han contribuido a corregir y aconsejar sobre las palabras de Allah Altísimo.
Es aconsejable recordar que el credo islámico se caracteriza por dos aspectos: la claridad y la sencillez, porque es la que provoca el instinto humano. Y en eso el Corán es un claro ejemplo.
La mejor manera de corregir tantas desviaciones y tantos corrientes, es el regreso al nuestro pasados, los cuales tenían el Corán y la Sunnah como ejemplo perfecto de lo que hay que hacer.
4. Estáis involucrado en algún proyecto en estos momentos.
Estoy siempre implicado en proyecto que tienen como objetivo el acercar a las personas con la Sunnah del Profeta (la paz y las bendiciones de Allahe sean con él), y eso a través de resúmenes de los sahihs. Y esta labor siempre me parece una obra de provecho.
